Gay Marriage

California is moving to pass a bill that will ban gay marriage from California (which I think is weird cause Sans Frasisco is one of the gayist cities in america). Many couples are fighting to stop this bill form going threw. Once again the battle betweeen gays and their rigth to be married is brought into the spotlight again. I honestly think that they should just let them get married and not make a huge deal out of it. Come on its not a big deal. They have every right to get married and have kids too. The people that really have a problem with it are the holy rollers, and I say they can't always get their way all the time so we should just let the gays get married. Man the world would be a better place if people didn't care so much about these dumb little things. Instead of worrying about if gays are getting married why can't we worry more about globul warming or the cure for cancer?

Christmas Underwear bombing attempt

Umar.....ok can't spell his last name so he will be known as Umar, tried to blow up a jetliner going from the united states to the netherlands. Us attorney Eric Holder says that anyone that has to do with this will be brought to justice. This is as far as I got.

Powell vs Alabama summery

In the state of Alabama nine black men got onto a train along with seven white men and two white women. A fight broke out amongst the white men and all the white men except one was thrown off teh train. The white women later accused the nine black men of rape. Later though one of the women pulled back her statement of saying they raped her. In a matter of one day trails eight of the nine men were given the death penilty. Roy Wright was not condemned. They defendants were only able to see their lawyers right before the trial began so they had little time to plan a defense. They lost teh case due to no real legal council.

Post 19. Job Bill!

Obama is rallying the democractic allies in the white house work on job building plans. They hope to be able to provide jobs to cash strapped states and local governments. Some things included in the bill were a tax reductions on small buisnesses and a $250 security checks for the un-employed.
Not a single republican voted for the plan, but it passed with a 250 votes.

Globul Warming and Arnold

Gov Arnold Sch.....however you spell his last name called a press comfrence in San Fransico to announce that if we humans will not stop global warming then he was going to take action. He will be asembling a council of other California leaders to help in teh fight against nature disaster like teh frest fires and riseing sea levels. Its like a Justice league!
Arnold stated that he likes to make a plan b for everything and now he has to put his plan a into effect. They fear that their state will one day be under water and so now they must work hard to save the enviroment so that they can save themselves.
I hope it works.

Health Care Update

The senate will meet soon to finally talk about the health care bill. If it should pass or not. The Democrats that have been pushing for that bill have now 60 votes for it. The Republicians though are pushing for it not to pass. In the Bill passing process the Bill is already at step 3.
Harry Reid the creater of the Bill is working hard to get this passed. Many other democrats are surprised taht he even came so far. Many conservative Democrats have stated taht they are supporting the bill. If this bill passes democrats in the house and the senate will have to combine to work out the next few steps in passing the bill. It all will be decided soon if this health care bill shall pass.

Critical Thinking.

1. People that would want to ban animal sacrifice are the animal rights activists. Like those phycos PETA.
2. The right to practice any religion would promoted.
3. I would have had a hard time. I don't really like the thought of killing cute little turtles so a some guys leg could get healed but I would have to stay true to teh first amendment. If we didn't then the Constitution would be a fruad.
